Perigord Lawn Bowls Club


The Périgord Lawn Bowls Club (PLBC) recently relocated to the Salle de Fête, in St Martial de Valette a small village near the commune of Nontron, Nouvelle-Aquitaine (24300).

The club has consolidated itself within the commune where we play "Short-Mat Bowls" on Wednesday afternoons between 14:00 and 17:00 from October to April (throughout the winter months). We have a made planning application to the Maire in Nontron and the Maire in St Martial de Valette, for a full size bowling green, this request is currently under consideration by the Marie in both communes. 

It is envisaged that the "turf will be cut" early in March 2019. (watch this space).

We currently have a membership of 53 persons (11 Feb 2019).
